NEW FUTURE BULL: RAMBAM

In the shape of Bonhill Rambam RF (Rubels x Supershot x Maik) K.I. Samen has acquired a bull with an amazing pedigree for both the red-and-white and black-and-white populations. Rambam rf has a slightly out of the ordinary pedigree and carries the red factor. Other standout features of his pedigree are high production and very good conformation.

Rambam's maternal and paternal lines both originated in North America. Rubels (Argo x Rubicon), who sired Rambam rf, ranks among the most interesting red-and-white bull sires of recent years. Rubels has a high production index and exemplary scores for conformation. His daughters have very good frames that include great width, super udders and a moderate set to the legs (side view rear legs).

The maternal line of Rambam rf - the Warsis- are a cow family that has produced bulls for AI organisations for many generations. Their progeny include bulls such as Brasil, Mason rf and Effort. The Warsi family consists of cows with good milk production and very good conformation (nine generations of VG or EX cows). An impressive member of this family in the fifth generation is Warsi 19 (EX 90). This daughter by Lightning was successful in the show ring and produced more than 100,000 kg of milk. Paired with Snowman, her Ramos daughter Warsi 55 (VG 88) produced several bull dams including Warsi 129 (VG 89), who achieved lifetime production in excess of 80,000 kg and is the great grand dam of Rambam rf. Her daughter Warsi 203 (VG 87) is the grand dam of Rambam rf. To date she has produced nearly 70,000 kg of milk. In the following generation we find Rambam rf's dam, Warsi 280 (VG 85). After four lactations with an average lactation value of 120, she now totals around 55,000 kg of milk.
